• User: Any individual who installs, registers, and/or uses the Bookios app.
• Content: All written, visual, and audio material created, shared, or accessed by users on Bookios.
• Service: All features, content, and digital services provided by Bookios.

2. Terms of Use

• By using Bookios, you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the application.
• Bookios aims to provide users with a safe and efficient experience; however, it does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user-generated content.

• Bookios is designed for users aged 18 and above. It is recommended that individuals under the age of 18 do not use the app without parental consent.

• Users are solely responsible for the content they create and share on Bookios.
• The following content is strictly prohibited:
  • Hate speech, racism, violence, or discriminatory posts.
  • Materials that infringe copyright.

• Users agree that their posts must comply with Bookios’ community guidelines.

5. Complaints and Content Removal

• Bookios reserves the right to remove content that violates community guidelines based on user complaints.

• Bookios provides its services for personal and non-commercial use only.
• The following activities are strictly prohibited:
  • Cyberattacks or the use of malware aimed at damaging the app or system.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of Bookios content.
  • Unauthorized access attempts to the app’s services.
