END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ZOIHUB LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of the Bookios mobile application ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the Application for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Application.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Application and all related content, including but not limited to text, images, and trademarks, are owned by ZOIHUB LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

5. TERMINATION

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOIHUB LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Application after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
